Hello everyone!  It's been awhile! Thanks for continuing to stop by:)

Good news!  New Orb theme built by drkapprenticeDesigns and designed by me has been released!  It's an awesome theme with something for everyone...Seriously, you're going to want this one!  Lots of function and color choices and a vertical clock!!  Drkapprentice did a great job of making this design come to life so do me a favour and grab your copy today!!  Check out the theme section for a look:)

Also, I have decided to make and sell custom icon sets for BlackBerry theme developers.  I already have 2 that I'm working on, so if there are any developers out there that need or want a different set of icons for their upcoming theme, just let me know:)  And please help spread the word!   If I get enough interest, I *may* make some icon sets for Android users too....


So I've been a busy bee lately with theme design and custom icon sets, but I did manage to carve out a little time for some BW sets!  Now I know it's a bit early for it, but as I was making this, it just sort of became a Valentines set.   I call it Kiss n Tell and it comes in Purple, Pink, Red and White.  The white one will be free to download, and the other colors will be by donation for $1.50 each.  Just let me know which ones you would like in the notes section via Paypal.   There are also some walls posted to match on my wp page.

Is everyone ready?? A little more than a week away, and Santa will finally come! Yay! . I know my son can't wait...he's really sure Santa is brining him an iPod Touch, lol.   Shhhhh.   I'm finished with all my shopping!  Now to wait for the bills, eek!  I was going to make these by donation only, but t'is the season, so have at em!   I really won't mind though if you do click the donate button..it's always needed and appreciated!!  Oh wait.  Haven't gotten hubs anything.  Gawd.  Guess I'll be hitting the stores again.  Oh well. Hello everyone, it's a new month and time for new things. It's November, and that means cooler temps, Thanksgiving, and Christmas lists need to get done! Actually it's probably one of the busiest times for everyone!   I need to get moving on my shopping...eeek.
 I've made a new set in different colours and this time around, I'm going to ask for a $1 donation for the coloured versions.  I love making and sharing my stuff, but I'm finding it really hard to fit the time into making them.  And they do take time.  I'm also looking for a "real" job which is becoming more important, so I was hoping that by offering these sets for a donation it would help me out.   The original of this set I will post, but if you want any of the coloured ones, please donate and provide your email address you would like the link sent to as well as which one you would like. You will also get the matching battex if you want it:). Just let me know in the donation note.  Hope you like, I called them Keep Calm, because it's the name of my blog, and in the busy season ahead of us, we do all need to keep calm (and berry on ofcourse:))

*Just a note on these sets...these are small sets - I wanted something different, something new, and not such huge icons as we're used to. They also look better when used in a dock.. As a result, if you use the BW Homescreen wallpaper option, you won't be able to increase the size.

Ok, I'll admit it.  My name is Hamster and I'm a Words With Friends addict :)  I play every chance I get, lol.  It's a good thing I can't have it on my BB (are you listening, RIM?)!  Although it's on my Playbook, so I guess that's not bad:).  So there I was, playing WWF and thought of making a word BW set.  I wanted to use the actual tiles and spell out the conditions, but A) Too much work B) The tiles wouldn't fit anyway C) Lazy.   Instead, I did make a battex with the letter tiles, and you can have one too!  Again, be one of the first 3 to post a comment and I'll make you one:)  What are you waiting for?  Let's play!   As always, Enjoy.

Let's start this week off with some new sets, what do you say?  The first was made for drkapprentice who sent me a few icons and asked if I could do something with them.  The result is Genie.  And knowing me, I couldn't stop there, and wondered how I could take these cool icons and make them a bit more fun, cause it's all about fun, right?  I rubbed  my lil genie in a bottle (no I don't REALLY have one:) and played the song, lol....And came up with the Checkerboard series in Pink and Red! And yes, matching Battex too:)   Also added some walls that may go with the sets.  I hope you like them!  As always, Enjoy

Fun for Memorial Day

Happy Memorial Day!  Let's give thanks to all those who served to protect and keep us safe.
To celebrate, I made two new sets.   Jaydee had wanted a yellow one and I wanted to make something a bit  fun, so I came up with Mellow Yellow.  The other is pink version of it, but the design is different.  Pink, for all you pink lovers, but I will probably make a teal and/or purple since those are my fave colors!  And why stop there?   Battex to go along with them!   Enjoy and have a save and fun Memorial Day!
